Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a Regional Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling and driving our entire Key Application Field (KAF) Draeger Safety Portfolio to customers within an allocated geographical region.

  • Growth in Market Share
  • Present and sell Draeger products and services to existing customers.
  • Ensure sales and profit targets are achieved.
  • Plan territories efficiently.
  • Ensure discounts are within agreed limits.
  • Manage customers.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales Management, Product Specialists, Draeger Service, Internal Sales, etc. as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and KPIs.
  • Complete CRM system.
  • Manage call diary and recordings.
  • Manage opportunities and data.

You will be accountable for achieving a target forecast set against the region, through business retention, organic growth, and new business wins.
