About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal Professional to join our team in Kings Hill, UK. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity that requires assisting the in-house legal team by reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. The successful candidate will also conduct research, manage the legal workload tracker, and assist with legal queries.

The ideal candidate should have a law degree and excellent English communication skills. Prior experience in a law firm or private in-house legal team is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

The salary range for this position is approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer hybrid working, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a state-of-the-art office with modern facilities.

Key Tasks:
  • Assist the in-house legal team by reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Draft and edit contracts and agreements, identifying risks and flagging issues for escalation to senior legal team members.
  • Perform in-depth legal research, summarizing findings and providing recommendations based on current legislation and regulations.
