This role involves overseeing a team of Safety professionals, ensuring the safety of various buildings, drafting Building Safety reports, conducting risk assessments and handling compliance and budgetary matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of Building Safety Coordinators
  • Maintain the safety standards of multiple buildings
  • Create comprehensive Building Safety reports
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Background in Fire Safety, Building Safety, Health & Safety or Facilities Maintenance
  • Experience in writing detailed safety reports
  • Possession of a Level 3 Fire Safety Qualification (or equivalent)
  • NEBOSH certificate
