Job Title: Technical Field Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Field Specialist in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic communications systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics technology and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain communication equipment at customer sites
  • Provide professional support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure accurate bid responses and project coordination

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of low voltage experience
  • Excellent customer service and team-oriented skills
  • Punctual and highly organized with a clean driving record

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, 401k, nine paid holidays, sick pay, and paid time off.
