Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of CIO Enabling Services, you will be responsible for providing Test Environment Services that drive innovation and automation in test environment engineering.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end, multi-platform test environments and will be able to develop Route to Live solutions that meet the needs of the whole group. You will also have experience with DevOps tool sets and the group's DevOps/Cloud strategy.

The salary range for this position is £86,964 - £102,310, depending on experience.

About the Position

  • Lead a team of Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Quality Engineers to deliver high-quality testing environments
  • Develop and implement Route to Live solutions that meet the needs of the whole group
  • Work closely with stakeholders to shape the strategy and direction of internal toolsets/products
  • Ensure tight controls on budget and handle cost challenges to support the Group aims
