About the Role:

 As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care and support to service users. Your primary goal will be to enable service users to improve their quality of life, including their mental and physical wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide person-centered care and support to service users, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  2. Treat service users with dignity and respect, communicating effectively to meet their diverse needs.
  3. Develop and implement support plans based on risk assessment and risk management, ensuring service users' needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  4. Work in line with the L&Q values and competencies, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered.

Requirements:

 To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
