About the Role

The Real Estate team is expanding due to increased client demand, and as part of the wider ambition of the firm to grow the practice further. Working with the Partners, you will be allocated a caseload of commercial property matters of varying size and complexity from the outset. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional client service, appreciating each client's individual commercial context, ambitions, and requirements and providing considered and commercially relevant advice to them in a timely manner.

You'll be supervised and supported as needed on the more complex matters, with the expectation that you will be comfortable managing straightforward matters with relative independence. Over time, there will be the opportunity for you to specialise in your preferred area of Real Estate law, but initially your caseload is likely to be broad and varied, reflecting the work of the partners you will be supporting.

You'll be encouraged to engage in business development activities, promoting your own profile with referrer contacts in the region along with that of the firm. As part of an actively collaborative culture, you will benefit from client introductions from colleagues, and reciprocate where you can whilst promoting the best interests of your clients.

Depending upon your preference, you will be based from offices in Exeter, Torquay, or Plymouth with hybrid working.
