About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at HireIQ. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing our finance function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full oversight of the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Business partnering with non-finance staff to drive process improvement and enhance financial performance.
  • Cashflow management and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Leadership of a small finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
