We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Educator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 3/4 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3/4 students.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Year 3/4 students in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
