Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each individual.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting children and young people with complex trauma needs.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to The Cambian Group's policies and procedures.
