Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our group finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This permanent role will be based in Southport and will involve maintaining our purchase ledger workstream.

Your key responsibilities will include receiving and processing purchase invoices, sending and chasing authorizations, and processing payment runs. You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operation and service delivery to the wider group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process purchase invoices into the business
  • Send and chase authorizations
  • Process payment runs
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operation and service delivery
Requirements
  • Accurate data input and maintenance
  • Comfortable working with numbers across a variety of stakeholders
  • Pleasant telephone manner and effective communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with accounts systems desired but not essential
