Assistant to the Office Manager

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including running spreadsheets, answering phone calls, and maintaining filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running spreadsheets and providing progress updates on projects and planning.
- Answering the office phone line and assisting with any inquiries or redirecting calls as necessary.
- Assisting with spares administration and preparing delivery notes.
- Maintaining general filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Providing adhoc administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, such as Maximo Administration, is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
