We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Craftsman to join our team at Reed Property & Construction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent preparation, painting, and decorating skills, as well as experience with wallpaper hanging and artex repairs.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £27,664 and £29,744 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a company van, fuel card, and uniform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation work for various surfaces
- Application of emulsion and gloss paints
- Hanging wallpaper
- Artex repair and renovation
As a Maintenance Craftsman, you will be working closely with the Repairs & Voids Manager and Supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
