Freelance Interpreter Required in Northumberland

We are seeking highly skilled freelance interpreters to join our team at Language Empire. As a leading provider of interpreting and translation services, we offer flexible working arrangements and competitive rates.
As a freelance interpreter, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients across the UK, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, Probation, and other public and private organizations. Our team provides ongoing support and continuous professional development to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret for individuals using legal, health, and local government services
- Verify the non-English speaker's understanding after each sentence
- Conduct conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
- Handle highly confidential information
- Liaise between the service user and service provider
- Fluent in English and another language
- Right to work in the UK
- Aged 21 or over
- Formal qualifications such as DPSI, Community Interpreting, NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registration, or a degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages
- Flexible working to fit around your schedule
- Work from the comfort of your own home
