Hostel Team Leader

Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Hostel Team Leader. This position is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Local Authorities Housing Options service to utilize the online referrals and allocations process.
- Provide dual-function housing-related support and intensive housing management to service users.
- Offer practical and emotional support to assist in the development of life skills and enable service users to move on into independent accommodation.
- Line manage the Supported Housing Officer team working within temporary accommodation, including hostel staff.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to Heads of Service.
- Provide telephone support in emergency situations.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Experience in a similar position.
- UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
