Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Derbyshire Adult Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments, consulting with colleagues, and implementing case management.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of service users, incorporating complex data from various sources.
- Provide expert advice and supervision to colleagues on psychological formulation and management of patients with mental health problems.
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with service users, carers, and other stakeholders.
- Assess and manage clinical risk, providing advice on psychological aspects of risk assessment and management.
- Establish and maintain effective links with Social Services, General Practitioners, and other primary Health Care Workers.
We are looking for a candidate with a good Honours degree in Psychology, a post-graduate doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, and registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. Essential experience includes working with clients across various settings and a commitment to developing specialist expertise.
