Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to support our team at Columbia Laboratories Inc. The ideal candidate will have GMP analytical experience, a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct thorough quality self-inspections on laboratory processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain high standards and prevent quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Investigate process deviations and keep detailed accounts of quality impact, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage change control, CAPAs, and SOP updates to completion, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues, maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Report any issues and discuss collaboratively with clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Support batch release by meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Document and report quality metrics and findings to management, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a GMP quality assurance role, with a strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
