Support Professional for Individuals with Learning Disabilities

Vetro Recruitment is actively seeking experienced professionals to work within an award-winning service located in Upper Brynamman. This bespoke specialist service caters to individuals with spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Support Worker to assist individuals through a care pathway, enabling them to live as independently as possible. The ideal candidate will possess a caring and empathetic nature, with at least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting.
Responsibilities and RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
- Maintain accurate records of their conditions, ensuring each person receives dignified, compassionate, and honest treatment.
- Assist individuals in progressing through a care pathway to achieve independence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a social care setting.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
Salary: £12.81 per hour (including holiday pay)
