We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Barchester Health Care. As a Registered Nurse (RMN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to patients with complex mental health needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized care plans, ensuring each patient receives the necessary attention and support to improve their quality of life. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop and implement care strategies, and monitor progress.
To excel in this role, you must have current NMC registration and an up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. Your strong understanding of CQC requirements and frameworks will enable you to contribute effectively to the development and implementation of care standards.
