About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on residential projects with a sustainable focus, utilizing your expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working towards/achieved MCIAT
  • Well-versed in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise
  • Proven experience working in the residential sector and ideally commercial
  • Supportive team player
  • Prior knowledge working on listed building and heritage projects
  • Passion for incorporating sustainability into design
  • Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
  • Proven experience across RIBA stages 3-5
  • Assist with overseeing and managing a small team
  • Ambitious to progress to Senior level and keen to input to company growth
  • Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
  • Excellent communication skills
