We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at The Nursery School Company Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery setting.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, including managing and developing the nursery team.
- Undertake administrative and IT duties, including collection of fees, nursery database management, purchasing, and receipts.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education for our children.
- Minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, children, and parents.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000, depending on experience.
