Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team at Esland. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing property maintenance and repair services to our care homes and other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and complete all aspects of general maintenance and repair in our homes.
- Complete any other maintenance tasks as and when required, working with the wider maintenance team across our homes.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and report any issues to management.
- Work one Saturday every 6 weeks.
- Experience in all aspects of general maintenance and the ability to carry out this work to a high standard.
- Experience in plastering, building, and decorating to provide an efficient and comprehensive maintenance service.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Safe use of powered hand and bench tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team.
- Confident in using IT systems, specifically Jira.
- A full driving license and flexibility to travel across our homes.
