Product Formulation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Development Chemist to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth through the formulation and development of new products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, particularly in personal care and oral care formulation, and a university degree in Sciences or a related relevant qualification. You will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to plan, use initiative, and solve problems creatively.
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of scientists and engineers who are passionate about creating high-quality products that meet consumer needs. You will also have the chance to travel within the UK and Europe and maintain contact with teams in the US and Australia.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Proven expertise in FMCG, particularly in personal care and oral care formulation.
- Academic Credentials: A university degree in Sciences or a related relevant qualification.
Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
