At AXA Group, we're seeking a talented Data Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our data and digital strategy, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, analysts, architects, modelers, developers, testers, partners, and vendors.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging expertise in data lake technologies, API & Microservices, message queues, streaming technologies, and event-driven architecture.
  • Develop and maintain architecture principles, artifacts, and documentation, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Engage with industry experts, vendors, and stakeholders to validate architecture and designs, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in relevant architecture roles, with a strong understanding of insurance and deep architecture expertise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle change.
  • Knowledge and active use of Agile, SCRUM, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
  • Passion for learning, with a willingness to go the extra mile and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
