About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Aspens Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our school catering facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service to our students and staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

About You

  • OND or HND qualified (desirable)
  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Financial understanding of gross profit management and achieving sales targets
  • Line management experience
  • Experience within a similar environment
