Conveyancing Solicitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Talk Staff. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing a caseload of conveyancing files, and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and deal with a caseload of varied conveyancing files, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
• Provide support to the wider team, offering supervision and guidance to junior colleagues.
• Utilize Case Management Systems and online search tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Assist in the development of the business development strategy for the department, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• Current or recent experience within a Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Case Management Systems and online search tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
• A natural desire to drive the department to the next level, with a proactive and professional approach to work.
