About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Wednesbury site. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care experiences through meetings with customers and colleagues. You will execute on customer issues, such as complaints, and demonstrate flexibility in your approach.

We are looking for someone with outstanding organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

Your Mission at Elis

  • Manage a portfolio of customers for contract management.
  • Support an internal service inbox and handle customer and internal inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints and provide KPI information for Key Account Managers.
  • Run and manipulate customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
  • Upload information into customer portals.
  • Coordinate and support Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including local and regional management teams.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects and workstreams.
  • Support other teams during annual leave.
