The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Floor Staff to join our team at Southpour. As a member of our floor team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Involvement in all aspects of service, including setting up, serving customers, and liaising with kitchen staff.
  • Promoting sales and maximizing customer spend.
