Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Regulations Manager to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Financial Regulations and ensuring compliance with the Formula One Financial Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Regulations Management: Monitor and interpret the latest Formula One Financial Regulations, ensuring compliance through the development and implementation of robust processes and controls.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and decisions with the regulations, providing guidance and support to the finance team and other stakeholders on financial regulatory matters.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess potential risks related to financial compliance and propose mitigation strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports and analysis on financial compliance to the Finance Director and other key stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver financial regulations training and updates across the business, maintaining documentation related to financial regulations and ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Knowledge and Skills: Deep knowledge and understanding of the Formula One Financial Regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
