Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Professional to join our team in Kirkcaldy and surrounding areas. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing companionship, support, and assistance to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Participate in client-centered care planning, working collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and care plans
Requirements
- Previous experience in care work or a related field (not required but desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle (essential for travel between client homes)

Working Pattern
A working pattern to suit you, Monday to Friday and alternate weekends, with a minimum of 1-hour visits to clients.
