Job Title: SEO Expert for Utilities and Energy

Location: Cambridge, UK

Rate: Competitive (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum)

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Expert to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role within the utilities or energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage all on-site SEO activities for construction and utility projects
  2. Ensure that all SEO processes comply with industry standards
  3. Conduct regular audits, providing recommendations to improve search engine performance
  4. Collaborate with teams to optimize content, site architecture, and backlinks
  5. Monitor SEO performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  6. Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations
Essential Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar SEO role, preferably within the utilities or energy sectors
  2. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and technical SEO
  3. Ability to work independently and deliver results on time
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
