Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our client's team in the Stockbridge area. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying vehicles, mixing and matching paints, and applying primers, basecoats, and topcoats.

Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle preparation and spraying
  • Paint mixing and matching
  • Application of primers, basecoats, topcoats, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a car paint sprayer in an automotive body shop or similar environment
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive paint systems, including color mixing, application techniques, and drying times
  • Proficient in surface preparation techniques, such as sanding, filling, and masking
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a flawless finish
  • Excellent color perception and color matching skills
  • Familiarity with different paint types, including water-based and solvent-based paints
