Job Description

As a key member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the finance business owner and the finance-related activities of Apex's strategic ERP systems, primarily Workday, Salesforce, Xactly, and Kyriba.
  • Building and co-managing a team of business analysts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors of the ERP systems.
  • Maintaining system integrity, including control accounts, sub-ledgers, and trial balances.
  • Ensuring data integrity used for management reporting, both source systems and reporting warehouses.
  • Supporting firm accounting and reporting procedures and producing regular and ad-hoc data extractions/reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA or similar).
  • A strong foundation in ERP platforms and maintenance, along with data management/analytics.
  • A good understanding of accounting under IFRS.
  • Experience with Workday, SalesForce, PowerBI would be advantageous.
What We Offer
