Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic plan that aligns with the university's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, retention, and development of faculty, staff, and students.
  • Foster collaboration across disciplinary boundaries and promote interdisciplinary research and scholarship.
  • Cultivate external partnerships and secure funding opportunities to support the College's initiatives.
  • Promote student success and retention through innovative programs and services.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven administrative experience at a research university.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
Salary Range:

$180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
