We are looking for an experienced Acquisition Specialist to manage indirect spend, drive supplier performance, and contribute to sustainability initiatives at Reactive Recruitment. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year.

Job Description

In this role, you'll negotiate with suppliers, optimize procurement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global business. You will need experience in procurement and be CIPS Level 4 qualified (or working towards it). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with suppliers to drive cost savings and improve service quality
  • Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience in procurement
  • CIPS Level 4 qualified (or working towards it)
  • Familiarity with central purchasing, supplier negotiation, and global sourcing
