We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Manager to join our team at NIC Services Group. As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail store is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of cleaning operatives to ensure that all areas of the store are cleaned to the required standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas of the store are cleaned on time.
- Manage the cleaning budget and ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are used efficiently.
- Identify and implement improved cleaning methods and procedures to improve productivity and cleaning standards.
- Recruit, train, and induct new staff members to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage employee relations and ensure that all staff are trained in and adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
