Job Summary

Mixed Freight Services is seeking a skilled LGV Driver to join our team in the Aviation Logistics department. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate LGV vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Load and unload vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of cargo.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including vehicle checks and driver logs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Valid LGV license and Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/Driver CPC.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Good understanding of EU Driver's hours and the Working Time Directive.
  • Physical ability to perform the demands of the role.
