Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Swindon St Andrew's Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met.

About the Role

As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care
  • Developing and implementing effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children
  • Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for children and families
