Clinical Assistant Position

We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse to join our team at Portman Dentex in Leicester. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing clinical support to specialist orthodontists and therapists, working closely with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care. This will include:

  • Assisting with clinical procedures and treatments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative tasks
  • Developing strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participating in ongoing professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in orthodontics is not necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional patient care is essential
