Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Expert at Onyx-Conseil, you will be responsible for driving pre-sales account growth and providing support for new logo opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in developing solution and pricing strategies, as well as estimating effort and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pre-sales solution designs for end-user services
  • Gather requirements, analyze data, and create cost and effort estimates
  • Participate in client-facing meetings, including solution presentations and workshops
  • Develop client Statements of Work (SoW) and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Architect in End-User Managed Services
  • Strong understanding of Workplace services, competitive landscape, and products
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop cost-benefit analyses
