In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with housing standards in the private rented sector, working closely with property owners and managers to achieve this goal.

About the Role:

  • You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, identifying areas of non-compliance with relevant regulations
  • You will provide expert advice and guidance to property owners and managers on meeting housing standards
  • You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to improve compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as housing, law, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience working in a similar role or an equivalent field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
