Experienced Childcare Leadership Role

KiddyKare Ltd is looking for a skilled and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team in a well-established Day Nursery in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and support a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the EYFS in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain good relationships with parents and carers through effective communication and regular updates
- Collaborate with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other agencies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist the manager in maintaining accurate accounts and financial records for the nursery
Salary and Benefits:
