Job Description

The Recruitment Co is seeking an Account Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing key client accounts, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
  3. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  4. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably from the food and drink sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results
  • A valid driver's license for client visits and events
