About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team as an Evidence and Programme Evaluation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing evidence to inform the evaluation of healthcare programmes and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evaluation methodologies to assess the impact of healthcare programmes and services.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with programme and clinical leads, commissioners, and delivery partners to ensure effective evaluation and implementation of programme recommendations.
  • Communicate complex information to a range of stakeholders, including programme and clinical leads, commissioners, and delivery partners.

Requirements

  • Experience of using research and evaluation methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative, and health economic approaches.
  • Ability to produce and communicate evaluations of services to a range of audiences.
  • Awareness of the aims and responsibilities of Integrated Care Boards.
  • Knowledge and understanding of information governance and operating within UK GDPR.
