Music Teacher Opportunity in North Somerset

We are seeking a skilled Music Teacher to support a secondary school in North Somerset during a long-term absence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp on behaviour management and be able to follow school policies to maintain consistency in the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Music to students aged 11-16
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching practices

Requirements:

  • QTS qualified or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Music at GCSE and A Level
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
