Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at VRS-UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our key business operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Import and export of DG cargo
  • Coordination of production with 3rd parties
  • Responsibility for compliance of labelling and packaging
  • Daily international communication
  • Monitoring customers' orders and deliveries
  • Assisting with forecasting
  • Liaising with logistics, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers and production to ensure optimal product supply
  • Accurate recording and management of the inward processing procedure
  • Production of import and export clearance instructions following the company's inward processing authorisation
  • Preparing and managing weekly delivery schedules
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels
  • Maintaining accurate master data and inventory requirements
  • Raising purchase and production orders
