About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to lead our Accounting Team in providing exceptional financial services to our global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, providing explanations of finance accounts, and reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead and develop the Accounting Team to achieve high performance and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
  4. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Qualified/Finalist for a recognized finance/accounting qualification.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience in Finance, with a focus on Balance Sheet and P&L.
  3. Previous experience of managing and coaching a team, ideally in a multicultural environment.
  4. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP, with experience of BPC and BW a plus.
