**Job Summary**

Benoy's London Studio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing international large-scale projects in the mixed-use sector, from concept to delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver high-quality design and technical work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking.
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of project deliverables and other activities related to project development.
  • Take responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate and integrate the work of external contractors, suppliers, and professionals.

**Team Management**

  • Role model Benoy's values and contribute towards a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practice shared.
  • Ability to work effectively with others to develop and resolve project issues.
  • Ability to make complex decisions, weighing up a range of factors and implications.
  • Build a network across the business and seek leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members.

**Client Relationships**

  • Develop effective relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Operate independently in daily engagement with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide support to senior team members with key client presentations and represent Benoy in meetings as required.

**Budget Control**

  • Take responsibility for aspects of the project budget and liaise with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
  • Seek to develop a working understanding of cost control, fee charging, and project finance, and consider how project fees are maximized without threat to client relationship and repeat work.
