Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agri Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Operator to join our team at Sutton Grange. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our AD plant, including loading and sorting of feedstocks via Telehandler, data collection and analysis, site housekeeping, and maintenance of equipment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Telehandler to load and sort feedstocks
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure optimal plant performance
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Assist with planned downtime for equipment maintenance and overhaul
  • Work with the Site Manager to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in Telehandler operation and maintenance. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised for periods of time and be comfortable with physical dirty work. A qualification in Telehandler operation or a related field would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including 23 days leave, 4% employer pension, and x4 life assurance. You will also have the opportunity to work with a leading company in the anaerobic digestion industry and contribute to the development of our operations team.
