Job Title: Logistics and Supervision Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a Logistics and Supervision position within our Transportation team based in Brixworth.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and coordinate logistics activities, ensuring efficient and effective execution of transportation operations.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve operational issues, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.

This role offers a competitive salary package of £48,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including a £45,000 - £55,000 per annum salary range.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and provide guidance and support as needed.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing productivity and service delivery.
